Doctor's advice
Before you can
trust your gut,
you need to heal it.
Our intestines
are also a garden
in which the bitter
sweet bacteria
think their life.
No wonder our thoughts
open like flowers
each time we
eat our veggies.
Feel your bowels
and taste in silence
whatever they may whisper
into your inner ears.
If you have found the
not-yet written balance
among those many strains,
your take will not be wrong.
