What's my problem?

Nancy Sharma 2003 (Punjab)

I've adorned the precious necklaces around my neck
All is waste.
My heart raced.
Feeling his hands around my waist.

I've been dancing alone , playing sad tunes on record deck
He slides his hands from my waist up around my neck
I don't want jewels, I feel so wrecked
What's my problem? I want him to check

I've been visiting physicians since many months back
Nobody found the cure, they said I am a maniac
I know all is useless cause he's the only cure to which my body reacts
My body gets painted by the art of his presence, so deep and abstract

All these stares around me are bad signs & so
cruel
I want his eyes on my body, makes me feel divine and so royal

What I don't talk about with anyone, I talk about it with him in my dreams
He holds me close , he turns my dreams into  dreamy theme
He calls me his brave girl, my body shines like sunbeams

He calls me his true love
He calls me his only love
I need his presence in my life and nothing above
Soul kisses I need from him--that's what I think of
And I need his love, I need his touch
I need him all,
I rise when he's close, disgracing my downfall
