The rain ain't the same

Taleshia lee 1992 (Colorado Springs)

I used to love the sound of rain but now it ain't the same sence you left now all I hear are the tear drops that fall from my face you weren't supposed to leave us we weren't ready we need you more and more each day I try my best to fill your shoes but never will I succeed for you are someone who could never be replaced tattooed on my heart for ever you will live even tho I cant touch you I know you are there I'm gonna do everything to make you proud mom I miss you and wish you were around to see your creations live up to your expectations cuz you are all they care about never to disappoint mom you were the glue now I must step up I just hope I live up to who makes you proud I miss you so much thank you for everything
