It told a story of love and great loss. This poem ripped at my heart... I could feel the loss.

This is a new experience for me. I write poetry almost everyday and this is my first submission to a contest. Be gentle folks... be gentle.

I could hardly breathe or see at the end. Beautiful. The pain of loss will always be overwhelming but your heart will always be filled with his memory.
