	Barbaro, was as beautiful as he was a wonderful runner. Of course, witnessing his Kentucky Derby victory was very exciting, and yes, I did bet on him and won. I truly believed he had the talent and pedigree to capture the Triple crown that year. What happened to him in the Preakness was heart-breaking, however, his owners did everything they could to save him.
