Cascading an icy mountain stream

Like a billion year dream

Dripping out a car’s exhaust

Glinting in the morning frost

Filtering through your liver

In cold air, can make you shiver

Or be a warming shower

Somewhere else the...

I can remember hitting December as a kid and it was soooo long until Christmas. Now, it hits, I think of all the things I need to do and next thing you know it's the 23rd. This concept is flabbergasting to me even though I've known this for a long time. This poem captured that for me. Thanks!

Love this. I have done the same: "The Bear" was Buddha...Budda Budda Boo, Booh, etc.. "Molly"...Molly Mo, Momo, SlowMo, Molly Momokavich, Moley, Holy Moley: "Gizmo," Ginzmo, again-SlowMo, Gizzy, Ginnzzzz, Jinnzzz, Jinnzzy, Skinnnzy, Skinny Boy, etc. Thanks for sharing. I loved my dogs as much as most people. They have so much personality, you can't give them one name.
