Analysis of A gift of Magi.
A gift of Magi.
I couldn't help to find out
if it was real or unreal
but appeared as nightmare.
My mind was tormented.
My heart was doomed.
I was slacked.
The night seemed to me endless.
The dense dark caused me saffocating.
It was cold night but I was perspired.
I don't know how long,
I was sitting on my couch.
Suddenly I heard screeching of birds.
I opened my eyes.
Found that one corner,
of the sky was tinged with red glow.
Few streaks of sunlight,
coming through the thickets,
where the sun hid its face.
When the early streaks of sunlight,
brought me new hope,
it seemed to me an auspicious gift,
a gift of Magi.
