Cradled From Birth
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
inventing one's own reality.
And encouraged to dismiss,
Truth to mention or to face.
To satisfy and please,
Those showing signs...
Of disturbing mental instabilities.
With fed insecurities,
Based upon skin color.
Brain size and genius abilities.
Is a sickness embedded.
Long passed the time,
For a cure to find.
Too many seeking victories,
Have been made to believe...
It takes the mind of a genius,
To build weapons of destruction.
Create havoc and division.
With this to prove a power to have it,
Can end humanity.
Disregarding,
The quality of life...
Gone.
No longer to exist.
Who...
Are these blood thirsting zombies?
Creatures.
Cradled from birth.
And released from their gilded cages.
Without guilt to feel.
Or remorse to identify it spelled.
Yet...
Declared brilliant representatives,
Of a democracy...
They have been taught to teach,
To despise the sight of its diversity.
Who...
Can these blood thirsting creatures be.
Cradled from birth.
Taught to teach such hatred.
Learned in their gilded cages.
Then to be released...
With a mission to destroy reality.
And the truth of it.
They would rather destroy,
Than to face.
But...
Confronted by one last dilemma!
To replace...
What they have defaced.
Destroyed and ruined.
With what?
A beast,
Fed to feed upon deception.
Corruption, fraud and theft.
What else is there left?
When awakened to discover,
The truth of their own self hatred?!
