Silent Night

In my room, late at night
My faith seeping through my fingers
At a crossroad with my career
Nails dug tightly into my marriage

I can’t see beyond a few feet
It seems as though
The sun will never arrive
I doubt myself, I doubt others

They say with age comes wisdom
With Gods grace
I’ve come a long way
My faith will carry me the rest of the way
