I thought...
I thought I knew you,
well, maybe I did.
But you didn't.
I thought I loved you,
and maybe I did.
But you didn't.
So many times I thought of telling you,
about all those sleepless nights I spent,
thinking about you, dreaming about you,
But I just couldn't get myself to.
Because you were too happy with "her".
"Her"- the main character in this story,
"Her"- my best friend,
and your one and only.
What is my guilty pleasure, you ask?
The answer is you.
Looking at you.
Talking to you.
Just thinking about you.
You, you and only you.
But this Cinderella ain't no princess,
cause she got no beauty.
All she has is sadness.
And she's funny, which makes her friendly.
She flirts with you,
and you play along.
Not knowing its all a painful irony.
"See, don't get me wrong,
but this isn't my kind of story..."
Is that what you're thinking?
Well, I am sorry.
I'll make it all nice and pretty,
because that's what counts.
Everything fake and false,
because that's what life is about.
