Goodnight. And I Love You

Haiku
I love you so much,
I will write you a poem.
My life has been shit.

I was born and bred
A bandaid. Moreso a tank
To fill with our dirt.

Dirty anger and
Doubtful obliviousness
I feel overlooked

Unclean and unseen.
I feel strong convictions to
Flee from constrictions

Of my mind, body
And soul. I love you more than
You will ever know.

About this poem

As a scape-goated child of narcissistic parents, I hold a bunch of resent. Despite this, I have the capacity for unconditional love. Therefore, my current partner Darren, is with whom I choose to share myself.
