Human Nature In Death
She watched him lie in his bead, his body was weak,
It was a late night in November and the weather was bleak.
He had lost his bright smile and began to fade,
She sat somberly by his side, sad, alone, and afraid.
Because he is leaving us, she feels extremely enraged,
While he continues the next life free, she remains caged.
His outgoing and joyous character lost its touch,
Now that he is gone she feels she lost her crutch.
