Spacebound
Shakeel Losper 1997 (Johannesburg)
Love is a feeling that cannot divide
If it does all the galaxies will collide.
This would result the end of space
The death of everything ,including the human race.
Love is a feeling that is strongly defined
Thats how strong love can be when its combined.
Light is something that the moon desires
But love is something that the heart requires.
There is 8 planets in our solar system and the 2nd hottest is Mars
But when one looks into your eyes ,he experiences the warm feeling the stars.
Every century we see a meteor shower
But one cannot help when he says he misses you each and every hour.
As he sat outside, he thought of something new
He wished upon a star and he was given you.
As he lies down on the ground, and stares up into space
The stars begin to move into the shape of your face.
Love is something that cannot be measured.
It consists of happy memories and thoughts that are forever treasured.
Never forget how amazing you truly are.
As your beauty ascends that of a shooting star.
Each and every night when you stare at the stars, across the world your beauty is seen
Thats because you are nothing less than a Queen.
These words are suppose to show you what you inspire in me
What true beauty and passion you radiate for the world to see.
This is not an attempt to try and win your heart to be mine.
This is the feeling you spark in me in and out of time.
About this poem
This is a poem about a woman that sparked the beauty of the universe and gave light to heart which had lost hope. This is my view of who she is.
