Tomorrow
The mystery called tomorrow, Holds both, ugliness and beauty, Your joy and your sorrow, Someone who said will stay, May leave you tomorrow, Someone you didn't know before, May come and house your hollow, A beautiful mountain may vanish tomorrow, And a seed in the forest may sprout and follow, A river may dry in a distant country, And floods may rush through our villages and boroughs, Tomorrow isn't here yet, but what may follow, Makes us fearsome and sometimes shallow, Tomorrow is the reason for today's greed, Tomorrow is the hope that today breeds, But will there ever be a day when, with tomorrow, today meets?
