Glass Man

LA Nelson 1994 (US)

Everytime I touch you it cuts my soul
Causing my Heart to bleed.
Knowing your the death of me.
Glass Man have you ever heard a soul cry
So pure an attractive
My childlike draws near but, it becomes clear
Glass Man you are that dark shadow that I fear
Drinking from the illusionary water of shattered dreams
Quenching a never ending thirst of emptiness
Yet I stay near

About this poem

Its about a recent relationship I was in and thought he was the man who I was too to be with. He gave this shine and clean image to find out he was a shattered dream.
