Walking up the stairs of life

Walking up the stairs of life                    
  from the past to the present in time. Reaching out from here to there and trying to unwind. Some memories are stored here, then others seem to paralyze, keeping you frozen     As I wonder why? Then I go on trying to function and forget all the bad times and to focus on the positive like listening to wind chimes...          Or seeing a butterfly floating in the sky symbolizing freedom.
