THE DIAMOND THAT EHCOED

The young lump of coal spoke with jealousy tethered to his words as he asked the diamond

"how are you cherished and adored by the ends of the earth and I'm merely stepped upon when we come from the same place"

softly the diamond trumpet in his wisdom

"I was awarded the time to age under the pressures of the earth"

The lump of coal responded

"I'm dull and dark but your bright and shine"
The diamond quickly uttered through a thinking tone

"This is true but my shine and sparkle is not my own its only a reflection a reflection that comes from the SUN"
