Stillborn
Death doesn’t give a second chance
One wrong move
It slices in half its anger with madness
Creating two different persons
It takes away all that gives life
Repentance, remembrance, thanksgiving
So that it can soothe and bathe in your humble attention
Without remorse for what it has done
And fills its belly with all that it falsely won
Death took away the beauty
And silenced the breath of life
That once lived within us
And caused our daily motions
To be as a stillborn
