Delusion

I slowly walk towards the sunset
And I feel the mist is coming.
Only the words I didn’t say
I can hear for you they’re humming.

I defied eternity
Hoping your love is sincere.
But I was sorely mistaken, girly,
And I was left with the memories.

To stay safe I didn’t know
Of love heavy, black deception.
I had dreams that were born
But they have sown themselves vanity.

In twilight even if I’ll cry
I will laugh again in sunrise
And all the tears that fill my eyes
They will turn into white flowers.

Petals in the wind will float,
They’ll turn into clouds of stars.
Love me now while I’m still here
‘cause tomorrow I’ll be too far.

In the will that I will write
I will leave you all my pain
To take it with you for a night
Or every moment, like a chain.

Such empty words without a string
And yet so many meanings…
May your thoughts to be a rose
And thorns be to you these verses.
