Free verse
A star falls far and fast
To the deep murky depths
How long will its light last
Till its once bright face
Is pale and no longer
Full of grace
The moon will know
And tell the sun
Who will mourn its fallen love
The stars will cry
And kick and scream
For their brother
Will no longer be seen
