sleep no more

Can’t sleep, my mind is going crazy, tears rolling down my cheek i haven't been doing good lately.
My therapist said I should get out of bed, and confide in my friends, but id rather pretend.
Say I’m alright as i lie through my teeth and cover my eyes from getting no sleep.

Afraid of being alone, but won’t pick up the phone, can’t they see I want them to leave me be.
Can’t seem to stay sober, can’t seem to stay drunk, my body’s a dump not sure what to do as I'm in this slump.
If my momma saw me now she would lay down her crown and pray to the heavens that my soul will be found.
Don’t wanna disappoint, but its hard to see the point, I fought, I cried, I really did try.
Please don’t be sad when I die
I toast to the ghosts that keep me company at night
Cheers to the night for making me feel alright.
The voices In my head are losing there sight.
Play hide in seek with the creatures under the bed tonight.

My minds playing tricks on me, probably from the hypersomnia, no one can fix me.
I have no hope, they just want to shove pills down my throat.
They don’t care if I feel alone, they will make them all go.
They all start fading as I take the medication.
They say they are just pretend, there not my real friends.
As time goes by I feel alright my brains less fuzzy and I don’t want to fight.
They release me into the night, with no where to go no one I know.
