Home
I walked upon the sands of time
And time itself stood still
His love, I felt it lift me
As we climbed another hill
At times along the water's edge
Waves gently kissed our feet
Washing away the miles gone by
Till a log became our seat
We sat and talked about my life
And the places I had been
I always did my searching
Where a blind man couldn't see
Another wave rolled past our feet
We rose to walk some more
Arm in arm, we began to move
Through the middle of a storm
"Where are we going." I asked the Lord.
"Home, my son. Home."
