Marine

You tell your parents you have a dream
You want to be a Marine
Help defend this land
The US needs to take a stand
You want to be a Marine
We smile big and give you a hug
Now a man, once my little bug
So proud we are of you
Let's find out what we have to do
A Marine you will become
You make us proud my son
Boot camp training here you come
I hope your ready my son
Graduation day is here
Marching tall and proud, no fear
Wear those colors proud
We are watching in the crowd
You are now a Marine
You can travel the world
Hold that sword with the handle made of pearl
We are proud to call you a Marine
My son, you have achieved your dream
