Mother Dear

If there is one person I honor
with love from beginning to end.
The one I admire and appreciate
for all the love she sends.
From cradle, through school years,
My teens and even now.
She has showed more love and patience,
than I would ever know how.
Her praise has always been there,
her comfort and her care.
I've never had to worry
if she would be there.
No, her love is unconditional,
her work never seems done.
Yes, she is my mother,
The most special under the sun.
