Serenity
patrick carter 1965 (illinois)
What is serene to some, might be loud and troublesome to others, what we have, hold, and cherish, could also someday perish, is nothing better than to live our lives in accord to what we have in our body, soul, and mind? What have we become, if we leave others behind? Follow your heart, try to be just, strong and fair... look for things peaceful and people that care. Life is not always pretty and sometimes can be cruel, but have we forgotten the golden rule? Be that as it may, some will be on the right path and others will sway, I wish for the best for everyone on earth, never give up or be afraid to ask for help... someday we will be rewarded for what we done in life, the placidity of it all will get us through all the strife. Tranquil we must be, until the end of our days, and the people who we have touched, will remember us always.
