Analysis of Cantankerous Calaboose

Ever wonder what your mind can do
Examining a crazy word or two
Contemplating the undeniable
Wandering, staring at the unreliable
Words appearing with little hesitation
Staring back with exaggerated expectation

A now mesmerizing moment in time
Expending energy on words that rhyme
Wasted moments you might question
Reframed to amuse with anticipation

So lets explore an open door
As we address what we abhor
Wasting time with little return
Wondering when is it “my” turn
To live my life without some pain
Energized and enthused in a new game

So, is this a teachable moment of thought
Holding one’s attention somewhat taut
Meant to leave you feeling omnipotent
As you consider this, as time, well spent

So, is this imagination run weirdly amok
Or an exemplifying piece of deliberate walk
An example of creativity sent with glee
To set another cantankerous calaboose free!
