Analysis of Organisational Culture
Our lives are filled with organisation.
We see it in our daily tasks,
Manoeuvring through without chaos.
Organisational Culture defines our actions.
Values, expectations, and practices.
We find our respective collections,
And guide the actions of all involved.
Moving in harmony like a dancefloor.
Wellbeing and performance.
Like two dancers, hand-in hand,
Navigating smoothly as can be,
Without a single clash in sight.
What is Organisational Culture?
It’s a dancefloor. It’s a business.
It’s a family. It’s a lifestyle.
Bringing unity in this amazing world
