Analysis of Breathing

Breathing into the space
Between being and seeing
Eyes up to the sky
Lungs floored
Empty handed

Years of learning
Another year to grow,
To know
Time on this earth is fleeting,
That one day this heart stops beating

Behind this mask is my warm breath
The core of me,
Believing
