Analysis of The shapes of the song

Marissa nagle 1980 (Pensacola)

So much she holds and cant go without moving in a pain,
But she is given task that don't seem anything of sane.
People look at her as if she  is a robot to just keep in motion,
Yet, when she breaks and there is no commotion.

She will look at the sky and no longer look to appease,
As her mind and heart are on their knees.
They have bled into this world all she was,
Only to be taken and pushed and shoved.

In any direction that the world as seemed fit,
Yet, her mind was meant for more than to just sit.
Sit in the manner that it is not challenged each day,
Other than to hope someone is happy in some way.

When did the world stop looking to be one with each other,
Leaving and not caring about even their mother.
Someone please hear the cries of this soul,
Before it all has taken too much of a toll.

Break the pain that exist inside my mind,
And help me get to where I can find,
The shapes of the songs that I use to see,
Without any trying to just be.
