Analysis of Meditate; Digest

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

Settle down and stay around
You might be here awhile
Build a house and live in it
I’ll teach you how to smile

I have a little business yet
Good work for you to do
Teach others how to worship Me
The way that I taught you

Teach them how to listen
So they’ll hear what I command
Then teach them how to trust in Me
And not to trust in man

I’m giving you a job to do
And if you do it well
Your praise will be only from Me
And they won’t go to hell
