Analysis of My Home in Jesus
Daniel Len Strickland 1965 (GA)
My home is on a hill
In a field forever green
There I will stay
Til my Lord beckons me.
He gave for me His life
Three days later he rose from the grave
The price for me was His blood
And He so unselfishly gave
Through unnatural birth He came to us
No earthly father was there to be
The only way for God to walk with us
So His birth was through Divine Conception, you see
“Twas the only way for God to share with us
How for us He truly feels
Was to send His Son to die for us
On a cross, on a hill, in a field
