Analysis of Earth/Quake
The pain I feel
Is nothing more to conceal.
You don't have to steal
I just need to heal, from the kill
You want my feelings to mask
Because that in itself is a task
Is that what you ask?
This, to me is not a bask.
I just need a break,
I need a shake awake
From this earthquake
Someone give me a remake.

About this poem
This is a poem that I wrote back in 2019. I felt so lost, and unmotivated, I remember sitting in my aparement in Fayettville, NC sitting on the phone with a family member wasn't listening, I said to myself, "I have nothing." I felt so lost, and unmotivated, my life has made a complete 360 degree turn around since this poem was written. I have had that "remake" through Jesus Christ!
