Analysis of Haunt You

It’s not the ending that will haunt you.
It's time and space, without them by your side.
All of the simple memories faded away without that one final goodbye.
A book with torn out pages, forgetting everything you left behind.
Trying to remember that one memory.
Then thinking, maybe it was never in your storybook.
It’s a question with no answer and a song that’s stopped halfway through.
It’s like all the jagged edges made from all the simple moments were just left behind, blowing in the wind.
All the thoughts that you thought had healed, slipping right through, as if they never passed.
Not knowing, is what haunts you…
All the memories that just flow through your head
and all the missing puzzle pieces that you will never find.

That’s what haunts you…
