Analysis of The Loving Stuff

The Loving Stuff

A father’s goal is not to get you what you want
It's to get you what you need.
It is not to make you happy, but to make you his
It’s to teach you the very best way, even though it may be rough - This is the loving stuff, that will probably bring pain to you both in your growth

So, trust in your father’s choices, as later on, you’ll find - that what he did and said was right and true!
So remember and know "who" was and is always on your side, Forever and throughout life’s bumpy ride,
It’s your father and his bride,
who will never ever stop giving you that loving stuff,
and just like a shoe, they’ll want you to shine, to be your best!

And by the way, once in awhile, you’ll need
a little buff, to pass your growing up test!

Love you, Your Dad and Grand-Dad - Steve Dyer 2/20/21
