Analysis of A Day of Disaster
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
Why can’t some people ever rest?
Why can’t they find the way that’s best?
Is there no one to lead them home?
Have they been left here all alone?
And do the wicked rest in death???
When they have drawn their final breath.
The truth is that they never will.
Their burden they will carry still.
With stealth they practiced violent ways!
Until they just ran out of days!
