Analysis of Blue colored pigeon

Blue colored pigeon

Staying still. Waiting for the rain.
The rain came and he was in vain,
Trying to figure out life,
Outside work, outside the world.

A blue patch on his shoulder,
My eyes may see correct; on grey.
The painting being contrasted , being put on display.

Fickling from one place to another,
Coming from a stick, getting back at it,
Spurning every clear emotion like the author
Not trying to be liked or make himself fit.
