Analysis of Dear father christmas

Dear father Christmas,
I havent done this for a while,
So please bear with me,
Whilst I try to compose my pile,
I dont want alot for Christmas,
Not what you would expect,
And now the part,
where you think you can get fecked!
My list is very small
And not an easy feat
Just health for my children,
Now this is where your beat!
I want a friend for Christmas,
Someone to be mine,
Someone I can rely on,
That won't run away in time,
Someone to want me,
 just the way I am,
Not to expect this perfect thing,
And know I give a damn,
I give all I have to,
everyone that I meet,
But rarely is it reciprocated,
and this has me beat,
So here is my list of wishes,
I hope you can fulfill,
But I understand if the main one,
Is too much of a skill,
I havent made it easy,
and it's taken far too long,
It's no easy task and,
It's not so very wrong,
I wish you a happy Christmas,
And everyone you hold dear,
Until that day is upon us,
I will hold on to my fear.

About this poem

Just something someone who has no one to call their friend. This is the only way I can explain how I feel. I cannot write on demand it comes to me circling in my head until I write it out
