Analysis of Desire of the Heart

I want to cry
But God ! These tears won't come out
I want them back
But this mouth won't shout
Things am going through
I swear I can't even count
This silence isn't something
That they understand
I don't wanna meddle in
Just figure things out
Slowly, steadily, am saying something
You gotta believe
That I ain't wanna move away
But I just wanna stay
With you
Beside you
Caring for you
And loving you

About this poem

I wrote this poem when I had a fight with my partner and I realized that whatever the matter maybe I still and always need them back and still love them.
