Analysis of Wish like a falling star

Every soul has a wish
Wish to know what a wish is
Every flower wishes for a florist to come by
But they know not,
Some are wild to be grown in garden
Every Thorn wishes for dewdrops to settle on its peak
But they know not,
Dew does not last long after the sun rises to the full
Every leaf wishes to have colors of autumn in its life
But they know not,
Not every leaf is evergreen
Every stem wishes to bear a fruit from a flower
But they know not,
Not every tree produces Maple syrup from its fruits
Every Soul wishes to wish for things that glitter
But they know not,
Not every shiny thing is a gold.

About this poem

I wrote this poem when I thought i was lost and felt like a loser. But writing this gave me inspiration to stand up and look for silver lining after the storm pass.
