Analysis of Motivation Giving
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
He who gives seed to the sower,
Grain for the baker to supply;
Through the summer for the grower,
Makes the harvest multiply.
The pastor is growing the church,
In hopes to harvest righteousness;
So the congregation will search,
The Scriptures for the blessedness.
You are enriched in every way,
Through us will produce thanksgiving;
Being generous every day,
Bountifulness in your living.
The ministry of this service,
Not just provides needs for the saints;
But for the people as a plus,
In the giving without restraints.
As an overflow for the Lord,
Glorifying God what you give;
Confess to be in one accord,
Through faith, you eternally live.
The generosity that you share,
Contributes to helping others;
Through your gifts and offering prayer,
The His grace will bless your brothers.
For the surpassing grace of God,
Exceeds His unspeakable gift;
For cheerful givers who do laud,
Allows their spirit to uplift.
