Analysis of Can’t you see me

Jill Michiels 1989 (United States)

Can’t you see me, I’m right here.
Can’t you see me,I’m loud and clear.
Can’t you see me,I’m full of tears.
Can’t you see me,I’m hurting in fear.
Can’t you see me,I’m down on my knees.
Can’t you see me,I’m screaming out Lord; come save me please.
Can’t you see me,I’m this small person in this big world.
Can’t you see me,I’m praying we come together; before we go to war.
Can’t you see me,I’m battling the person in the mirror looking back at me.
Can’t you see me, I can see you, you’re not sure of what to do.
Can’t you see me, so let God fight your battles for you through and through for he will always be there to guide you.
