Analysis of What Is Meaning

What is meaning, you might ask,
Is it a task, a daunting task?
To understand the reason why
We live and breathe until we die?

Is it in the smile of a child,
The way they laugh and run so wild?
Or is it in the autumn breeze,
That rustles through the changing trees?

Perhaps it's in the lover's kiss,
That sends our hearts into pure bliss,
Or maybe it's in a simple act,
Like helping others without contract.

Whatever it is, it's hard to define,
But we know it when we feel it shine,
So let us cherish every day,
And treasure the moments that come our way.

About this poem

It goes deeper than what it really means and I try to touch it in other areas of life.
