Analysis of In Silence I Sing
In Silence I Sing
In silence I sing
Bringing forth the sound of my voice
Two chords and my breath
Supported by my body
Diaphragm and intercostal muscles
Roaring fire of wind and muscle
And a passion so strong
Music pours out
You can’t see
Only feel.
In a studio or on stage
I lift my voice above the quiet gravity
This instrument so powerful
Bel canto trained
Sound traveling across in waves
An ocean in fine tune
Liquid magic so audible
It goes everywhere I go
For as long as I have breath
In silence I sing!
