Analysis of July 7th, 1:40 am
it shouldn’t hurt to see you move on
especially since it’s been so long
you are filling the space of me with him
talking about books, music and sharing jokes like we used to do
he’s slowly becoming your favourite person like I had been
I shouldn’t feel bitter watching you create the memories we planned together
but it hurts seeing you go about your day
and are completely okay
meanwhile I’m still stuck in the past where you promised me it would be forever
