Analysis of Stability
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
Those who trust in the Lord,
Just as on Mount Zion;
Which cannot be ignored,
The roar of a lion.
He abides forever,
As the mountains surround;
His worship endeavor,
Is filled with joyous sound.
This time forevermore,
Wickedness shall not rest;
As the righteous shall soar,
Like eagles with a quest.
The Lord stretches His arms,
Surrounding His people;
Blocking evil that harms,
Those outside the temple.
As to those who do good,
And upright in their heart;
Are destined to sainthood,
For His Word they impart.
But those who turn aside,
Going their crooked way;
His Word they have denied,
The Lord will lead away.
