Analysis of The Preacher's Wife
'The Precher's Wife'
All delicate
and yet portrayed strong,
give right advice,
never wrong;
Pray for this one,
and that one too,
and she's glad to pray for you;
Stand by the preacher,
be faithful by his side,
help the flock to guide;
Carry a smile,
bear an attitude that's true and kind,
ever faithful,
always a happy thought in mind;
There for everyone in need,
and hold a hand, give a listening ear,
dry each hurting tear;
The Precher's Wife,
how kind and sweet,
but then
where does she turn,
for her needs to meet;
Who shall dry her tears
that flow,
for there's not always a smile,
but did you know;
She's not always as together as you think,
she's not always cheerfully tickled pink;
She is only human,
flesh of earthen shell,
she too fights hard battles,
but then who can tell;
She's just a soul,
like everyone else,
trying to make it from,
day to day,
but who throws,
kind words her way;
She's giving and caring,
yes this is truth,
your aching heart to soothe;
She's human just like the rest,
she too faces diffculties,
trials and tests;
And though she's just trying to,
help others in this life,
she's not considered,
anyone special,
she's just the Precher's Wife;
