Analysis of Submission's Art

In surrender's consuming embrace,
a dance of trust, a sacred space.
Joy unfolds in yielding grace,
submission's art, a sweet embrace.
Bound by bonds of mutual consent,
whispers shared, a covenant sent.
In vulnerability, strength is lent,
a connecting of souls,
in mutual ascent.
Not weakness, but a strength profound,
in letting go, true power is found.
Submission blooms on common ground,
where mutual respect is tightly wound.
A tapestry woven, threads interlace,
submission's joy, a friendships embrace.
Two paths entwined, a tranquil chase,
in surrender's bliss, a sacred place.

About this poem

"It's hard for an educated woman to turn her head off. That's part of the joy of being a submissive. None of the decisions are yours. When you can't refuse anything and can't even move, those voices in your head go silent. All you can do, and all you are permitted to do, is feel." -Cherise Sinclair
