Analysis of I Am

Lately I haven't quite been
The woman I know I can be
Lately I've been emotionally drained
A tired, hurting woman is all I can see

It wasn't until recent
That I stood up tall & firm
Realizing the woman I know I am
Regardless of the situations & lessons learned

I am the woman
My kids have always known
I am their MOTHER
And I will show them just how much I've grown
