Analysis of APPLICANT ANGELS

My wife said she loved me
Right before we were to die
Hey momma wait for me
I think maybe I can fly
The waters reached for me
As we flew straight for The sea
No time or tears to cry
Applicant Angels...falling from the sky

He complained that it was too hot
Took his helmet off his head
BANG! The enemies rifles shot
My world turned dark and red
The air filled with pain and smoke
As rifles barked and spoke
No time or tears to cry
Applicant Angels...fighting in the sky

The night was cold and still
Down this lonely stretch of road
Just had to get down this hill
And I can drop this heavy load
Deer jumped before I could see
I was swerving right for a tree
No time or tears to cry
Applicant Angels...under a midnight sky

Everyday we just live our life
Never thinking about what's ahead
Go home and hug your wife
Never leave a thing unsaid
For at any time may come the call
All that matters is how we fall
When there's no more time or tears to cry
Applicant Angels lifted to Heaven's sky
AMEN

About this poem

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. James 3:17
