Stand...stand in the face of the fire.
Stand...stand firm on the rock that faith builds
Stand because God is your hearts desire
And His love is a love that never ever yields
Stand...stand at the foot of His Rugged Cross
Stand... Stand as you see His Blood flow
Stand though the world says all is loss
Because you know that love will always grow
Stand...stand when they tell you to fall
Stand...stand defiant to the world's boasts
Stand and watch God lift you above it all
As your filled with the Holy Ghost
Stand....stand when they defy the Lord
Stand...stand and shout when others are silenced
Stand in faith and in one accord
For in faith we are God's giants
Stand....stand my brother, when you're pressured to fall
Stand...stand my sister and lift to God your prayer
Stand. God will lead you through it all
And know it or not we are almost there
Stand...Stand before the judge and the King
Stand...Stand and bare witness to all
Stand and for all you lose God gives you everything
Just stand and lift the call

About this poem
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings 1 Peter 5 7-9
